Our key stage three learning resources comprise 26 lessons shared across five modules following the themes of:

• Creating Compassionate Classrooms

• Building Resilience

• Navigating Emotions

• Strengthening Attention and Awareness

• Learning about and from One Another

Each learning resource includes a detailed lesson plan with learning objectives, teaching tips, scripts and materials to use in the lesson. Alongside the plan, each lesson also includes a presentation (in PowerPoint format) with embedded video and audio to support educators in facilitating each lesson.

Each module includes a guidance document to explain the aims and objectives of the theme and the research behind the lessons. Also included is an introductory document outlining the key stage two curriculum with some helpful tips for implementation.
