Social, Emotional, and Ethical Learning UK provides accessible materials that support educators teaching compassion-focused social and emotional learning in their classroom or extracurricular setting. Our free resources are designed to offer easy-to-use age, appropriate resources for children and young people aged 5-18 years old.

Each curriculum includes 20-25 lesson plans and exploring topics and teaching skills to support social skills and emotional awareness and develop a kinder relationship with ourselves and others. The modules covered in each curriculum include:

  • Creating Compassionate Classrooms and Communities

  • Building Resilience

  • Navigating Emotions

  • Strengthening Awareness and Attention

  • Learning From Ourselves and Others

Below you will find our free curriculums and our introduction module with materials to introduce the framework, theory and implementation of SEE Learning UK in your school or organisation. We also have considered how our resources meet and go beyond the UK National Curriculum Frameworks for PSHE, RSE and other core subjects. Downloadable copies of our curriculum maps can be explored here.
